All the vehicles then moved faster to avoid any further conflict. He appeared to be a local goon, and no one intervened. The entire incident was captured on my dashcam. We heard sirens coming from the 880 and noticed that traffic was completely stopped. As I drove on the overpass, we looked over and saw this insanity. So we made our way over and recorded this.
