- One of the biggest changes I made was switching from high impact workouts all the time, with endless amounts of heavy cardio, to more lighter movements. Those workouts were causing my body to be under so much more stress, which was messing up my hormones and not allowing proper recovery. Now, I focus on slow movements like walking and strength training, which has helped me feel stronger and focus on growing certain muscle groups. - I had tried so many diets where I had to cut out my favorite f
