The first step to learning should always be to understand how learning works. There’s a constantly evolving partnership between organizational learning leaders and their learners. But there’s also a 3rd party to that partnership: The human brain. If we aren’t maximizing the brain’s ability to take in and retain information in moments of learning, we’re wasting time and energy.
