One of those memories involved our chance to witness the beautiful “Tambourine Cypress” located near Claiborne Avenue during our visit to New Orleans. The wind was alive that day, and so the chimes joined Kate’s playing of the tambourines in a hushed sort of musical conversation. Within this tree, recently installed in 2024 at Lemann Park by artist Ashley Teamer, are inscribed two Creole Pro
