"In a traditionally blue state like New York, you sort of have to have all the stars aligned politically," Rep. Elise Stefanik said, citing a primary challenge and other concerns.

"It could be that they that we're only getting about 10% of what the DOJ has. And of that 10%, 5% of that has already been released and the other 5% is highly redacted."
